Culinary delights in Bayreuth

Tradition, cultural and natural closeness are also reflected in the Upper Franconian gastronomy with its all kinds of delicacies and regionally produced food.

Measured by the number of inhabitants, Upper Franconia has the most bakeries and pastry shops, the most butcher shops and the most breweries in the world. Many of these businesses are still traditionally run as family businesses. Here everyone gets a taste!
