Guided snowshoe hike in the Fichtelgebirge

Hibernation? Not with us – experience the region around the Ochsenkopf mountain in the Fichtelgebirge on a guided tour. The popular leisure region with its hopefully soon snow-covered winter forests is located right outside Bayreuth.
Snowshoeing is suitable for anyone with a certain level of fitness; you can get the equipment on site. In principle it’s like hiking, only in the snow and a special experience.
The team from the Bullhead House Outdoor Center is the host. Perfectly located in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge, it is the ideal starting point for a guided adventure tour with an experienced guide. Before we get started, we get to know each other in a relaxed manner over a refreshing lunch. There will be something for every taste! In addition to bullhead burgers, you will find fresh, sporty dishes and palate-watering Franconian delicacies. Vegetarians and vegans also get their money’s worth.
Don’t have a car and need a ride? No problem, we have 6 spaces available on our free shuttle. If you can take someone with you, we will be happy and so will the environment.
If there is no snow, we offer you an adventure hike as an alternative. Further information will be sent via email after you register.

Meeting point for a ride: Tourist Information, Opernstraße 22, 95444 Bayreuth
Timing: 11:30 a.m. to around 5 p.m. (For self-drivers: 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., meeting point on site https://www.bullheadhouse.de/)
Cost: 30 euros for the guided snow hike including equipment, individual costs in the restaurant.
Number of participants: Tour takes place with a minimum of 10 people. 20 people maximum.
